Description
The wall-mounted FilterBox WALL is available with or without a fan. Fanless models are suitable for installation with an external fan and fan contactor and can be used with multiple FilterBoxes. The FilterBox comes with a wall bracket for easy installation.
The FilterBox WALL M comes with a manually cleanable polyester filter and an alarm that indicates when the air flow is too low.
The wall-mounted FilterBox WALL A comes with an automatically cleaning polyester filter. It features an advanced controller that indicates pressure drop via a series of LEDs and an LCD display. When the air flow is too low, an audible signal precedes the automatic cleaning sequence.
The FilterBox WALL M, like the FilterBox WALL A, is mechanically cleaned of dust. A combination of mechanical cleaning and compressed air cleaning is used to clean welding gases.
The FILTERBOX WALL A+ comes with a large, automatically cleaning nanofiber filter, ideal for frequent welding. The nanofiber technology used in this A+ unit provides significant operational benefits, such as higher efficiency and filter surface load, resulting in better filter cleaning and longer cleaning intervals. These advantages translate into improved filter life, performance, and lower cost of ownership. The advanced filter management system indicates pressure drop via a series of LEDs and an LCD display. An audible signal precedes the automatic, motorized compressed air cleaning sequence.
A built-in muffler reduces fan and exhaust noise. Additional protection from harmful particles is provided by installing an optional HEPA filter.
Caution! The filter box is not intended for use in environments containing explosive dust or gases, and is not intended for filtering combustible dust or gases.
- Several configuration options with mechanical or pneumatic cleaning for a long filter life
- The WALL A+ is equipped with a liquid crystal display (LCD) panel with operating status indication and a menu system for setting parameters.
- An automatic shutter prevents dust from being ejected back while cleaning the filter.
- Replacement of the filter element and unloading of the container without releasing dust into the atmosphere
- Certified by an independent laboratory for welding fumes W3 according to EN 15012-1
