Description
When mobility, flexibility, and compactness are key, a mobile solution is often the best way to avoid exposure to pollutants. The Nederman FilterBox line of mobile dust and fume extraction units easily moves throughout your facility to wherever extraction is needed.
The FilterBox TWIN is equipped with two extraction arms and a powerful 2.2 kW (3.0 hp) N29 fan with a maximum airflow of 2 x 850 m³/h. The FilterBox Twin M comes with a manually cleanable polyester filter, while the FilterBox TWIN A+ comes with a larger, automatically cleanable nanofiber filter, ideal for frequent welding applications. The nanofiber technology used in the TWIN A+ offers significant operational benefits, such as higher filtration efficiency and speed, resulting in better filter cleanability and longer cleaning intervals. These benefits translate into improved filter life, productivity, and lower cost of ownership.
The TWIN M has an alarm that indicates when the air flow is too low, and the filter is cleaned manually using a combination of mechanical and compressed air cleaning.
The TWIN A+ features an advanced filter management system that displays pressure drop using a series of LEDs and an LCD display. When air flow is too low, an audible signal precedes the start of an automatic, motorized compressed air cleaning cycle.
A built-in muffler reduces fan and exhaust noise. Additional protection from harmful particles is provided by installing an optional HEPA filter.
FilterBox TWIN is available as a mobile unit on wheels or for stationary installation.
Caution! The FilterBox is not intended for use in environments where explosive dust or gases are present, and is not intended for filtering combustible dust or gases.
