Description
When mobility, flexibility, and compactness are key, a mobile solution is often the best way to avoid exposure to pollutants. The Nederman FilterBox line of mobile dust and fume extraction units easily moves throughout your facility to wherever extraction is needed. Our wide product range makes it easy to find a model with the required performance, features, and filter type.
The FilterBox 10A+ is equipped with an N24 fan with a maximum airflow of 1000 m³/h. Nano-fiber filtration technology, used in the extra-large 17 m² cartridge, is ideal for frequent welding and high-load applications. This technology provides significant operational benefits, such as higher filtration efficiency and speed, resulting in better filter cleanability and longer cleaning intervals. These benefits translate into improved filter life, performance, and lower cost of ownership.
The FilterBox features an advanced control system that indicates pressure drop via a series of LEDs and an LCD display. When air flow is too low, an audible signal precedes the start of an automatic, motorized compressed air cleaning cycle. For dusty applications, the unit is cleaned mechanically. For welding vapors, it uses a combination of mechanical and compressed air cleaning. A built-in muffler reduces fan and exhaust noise. Additional protection from harmful particles is provided by installing an optional HEPA filter.
FilterBox 10A+ is available as a mobile unit on wheels and for stationary installation.
Caution! The FilterBox is not intended for use in environments where explosive dust or gases are present, and is not intended for filtering combustible dust or gases.
To filter dust, the filter is cleaned by mechanical shaking. To filter welding fumes, the filter is cleaned using a combination of mechanical shaking and blowing with compressed air.
When filtering welding fumes, it is necessary to blow out the filter with compressed air.
- With automatic control and pneumatic cleaning for long filter life
- An LCD panel displays operating status and a menu system for parameter settings. A clamp with a sensor can be connected to automatically start the fan when welding begins.
- An automatic shutter prevents dust from being ejected back while cleaning the filter.
- Replacement of the filter element and unloading of the container without releasing dust into the atmosphere
- Filtration efficiency M6 (EN779), MERV 11 (ASHRAE 52.2, 2017). Certified by an independent laboratory for welding fumes category W3 according to EN 15012-1.
