The Nederman FilterBox line of mobile dust and fume extraction units easily moves throughout your facility to wherever extraction is needed. The FilterBox 10A is equipped with an N24 fan with a maximum airflow capacity of 1000 m3/h and is ideal for medium-duty applications and occasional work with dust or smoke.
The FilterBox features an advanced control system that indicates pressure drop via a series of LEDs and an LCD display. When air flow is too low, an audible signal precedes the start of an automatic, motorized compressed air cleaning cycle. For dusty applications, the unit is cleaned mechanically. For welding vapors, it uses a combination of mechanical cleaning and compressed air cleaning. A built-in muffler reduces fan and exhaust noise. Additional protection from harmful particles is provided by installing an optional HEPA filter.
FilterBox 10A is available as a mobile unit on wheels and for stationary installation.
