Printing with FHW resin- and wax-based colored ribbons is performed at normal heating. Overall, printing with FHW colored ribbons covers a wide range of applications for virtually any medium- to low-fastness material.
FHW universal colour ribbons made from a resin and wax mixture are ideal for printing on matt polymer film and laminated or coated paper, matt polyester, polypropylene, polyolefin (heat shrink tubing), polyethylene, vinyl (PVC) and polyamide.
Additionally, like FH colored ribbons, they can be used for printing on smooth and glossy polymer films. For materials with a high level of durability, FH+- or FH++ colored ribbons are recommended.
