SL-V dosing devices

For single-line lubrication systems

The SL-V series metering units are designed for single-line, high-pressure centralized lubrication systems that handle lubricants with viscosities up to NLGI 2, compatible with polyurethane seals. The metering volume is adjusted externally. An indicator pin provides visual verification of the metering unit's operation. Individual metering units can be easily removed for inspection or replacement. Each SL-V metering unit is equipped with a transparent polycarbonate protective cap.

    The mounting panels of the dosing devices have mounting holes with a diameter of 10.3 mm (0.4 inches) for bolts size 9.5 mm (0.375 inches).
    The metering devices are equipped with polyurethane seals and compatibility with synthetic lubricants must be checked.
    The metering devices include a fitting for filling the supply lines through an alternative outlet.
    The feed when tightening the adjusting screws by hand is 0.246 cm3 (0.015 inches3); to achieve maximum feed, five revolutions must be completed, 0.229 cm3/turnover (0.014 inches3/turnover).
