For single-line lubrication systems

The SL-42 series metering units are designed for single-line oil and liquid lubrication systems. The unit's flow rate is adjusted externally, and an indicator pin provides visual verification of the unit's operation. These carbon steel metering units are available with fluororubber or acrylonitrile butadiene rubber seals. Metering units with fluororubber seals (distinguished by black adjustment caps) are used in applications requiring heat resistance or lubricant compatibility.

Technical characteristics and advantages

  • Single channel threaded metering device with pre-lubrication cycle is bolted on
  • Suitable for use with mounting panels having one to six channels according to the number of lubrication points
  • The dosing volume is adjusted externally

    All injectors, with the exception of replacement injectors for mounting panels, come standard with a compression nut and a 1/8" OD pipe fitting. Injectors with mounting panels come standard with two mounting clamps and screws.
