341 metering devices with pre-lubrication cycle

For single-line lubrication systems

The 341 Series pre-lubrication, single-channel metering units are panel-mounted and designed for single-line centralized oil and liquid lubrication systems. When used in conjunction with 1- to 6-channel metering units, these metering units offer flexible lubrication system design options. Mounting plates for the 351 Series metering units are available in aluminum and stainless steel.

Technical characteristics and advantages

  • For use with mounting panels having one to six channels according to the number of lubrication points
  • Provides flexibility for systems with remote individual lubrication points or multi-channel metering devices (up to 6)
  • The order code allows you to select push-in or threaded metering nipples for supply line connections.
  • Mounting panel models with different thread sizes for connections and main pipeline materials are selected separately.
  • Dosing nipples with a volume greater than 0.03 cm3 are replaced for different volumes of lubricant

Mounting panels
Manifolds for single-line metering devices_12_1 For 341 metering devices, VL mounting plates with 1–6 outlets (for threaded fittings) with M8x1 mm threads for O-ring seals or copper flat sealing washers are used. Standard profile mounting plates are available in aluminum and stainless steel, while narrow profile mounting plates are only available in aluminum.
