Differential pressure switch DDS 50/1

For dual-line lubrication systems

This differential pressure switch detects the pressure difference between main supply lines 1 and 2. A signal is sent to the electric control unit once the differential pressure reaches p = 50 bar. This unregulated differential pressure increases the operational reliability of dual-line systems. The DDS 50/1 pressure switch is installed upstream of the lubricant metering device.

Technical characteristics and advantages

  • Maintains a fixed differential pressure, no adjustment screws required
  • Robust design for challenging conditions
  • Maintaining system pressure at the lowest and most economical level in summer and winter
  • Reduced risk of lubricant separation (soap and oil separation)

Application areas

  • Mining industry
  • Metallurgy
  • Heavy industry
