Wear is particularly high on the rails on the sides of cranes that are not strictly parallel. This problem often arises when the distance between the rails is very large. The CRL 101 lubrication system is suitable for any equipment that operates at slow speeds on rails with a profile according to DIN 536, Part 1 (sizes from A 45 to A 120). The CRL 101 system uses two lubrication rollers for the left and right sides of the crane rail to evenly distribute lubricant. The lubrication rollers run parallel to the crane wheels.

The supply of lubricant to the rollers is usually provided multi-line pump type P 205 and a sequential dosing device of the type located behind it SSV6-K. Using the indicator pin on the metering device, you can visually determine the uniformity of the lubricant supply.
