Avoid insufficient lubrication of your chain drives

Insufficient lubrication can lead up to 80% reduction in the chain life, increasing maintenance hours and cost and decreasing productivity. Conventional chain lubrication methods are somewhat imprecise, leading to over- and under-lubrication. Furthermore, many times the lubrication points are hard to reach and/or unsafe for the lubrication teams.

The chain lubrication set LAPB 3/4CK is developed to avoid manual work and efficiently lubricate the needed chain parts. Supplied with SKF chain oil, that withstand the operational conditions of a chain in motion and penetrates the thin clearances between the chain parts.  It’s suitable for chain drives working at higher elevations or hard to reach locations.

Time setting
Once mounted, the system can be set to dispense lubricant to meet the specific needs of the application at intervals ranging from one month to 12 months. The correct setting can best be determent by checking the oil film on the chain during service.
