710A, configurable

Powerful dust collector, very high vacuum for suction over long horizontal and vertical distances

Description

Nederman pre-separators and vacuum systems transport, separate and discharge dust and granular material.
The system can handle dry materials such as cement, fertilizer, sand, and grit, as well as wet materials. The collected material can be unloaded into tanks, containers, big bags, conveyor belts, escalators, etc.

The module configuration will be similar for the 710A, which is designed for the harshest conditions, such as collecting and processing large quantities of abrasive and heavy materials. The ruggedness, power, and reliability of this ejector vacuum system make it ideal for applications where many other industrial vacuums cannot be used. For example, for collecting explosive materials, in shot blasting chambers, for grit and sand recovery in foundries, and so on.

Your unit can be customized to meet your specific requirements. Depending on demand and compressed air availability, different ejectors can be used. The ejector can be mounted on a stationary silo with a filter.
Nederman has a range of different release valves that can be fitted to the silo for easy discharge of collected material.
When handling large quantities of material and to improve material processing efficiency, Nederman recommends using a pre-separator before the vacuum unit. The 722A is a complete unit that includes a pre-separator.

To configure the 722A, you can only select modules listed in this document and with mfc (module to configure) in the title.
Filterside:
1. Select the ejector module depending on the required vacuum and air flow.
2. Select a filter module depending on the filter capacity.
3. Select a power module.
4. Select the disposal option, bag holder and release valve.
Separatorside:
1. Select a coarse separator.
2. Select a power module.
3. Select the outlet valve.
4. Select a frame.
5. Select the hose to connect between the vacuum cleaner and the separator.
6. Select the coupling sleeve according to the coarse separator and hose.
7. Select cleaning equipment.

Choose how to control your shutter:
1. Electrical control
- You need a namur valve, a solenoid valve recommended for the selected ejector size, and a suitable control unit.
2. Air control
- You need a wall-mounted valve.
Nederman does not include an air supply hose to the valve.

Make sure you meet all the requirements for your modules. »
