Description
The module configuration will be similar to the 570A, which is designed for the most demanding applications, such as handling large quantities of abrasive and heavy material. The robust housing and power from the reliable ejector make the unit ideal for applications where many industrial vacuum cleaners cannot be used. For example, for collecting blasting material in shot blasting chambers, sand recovery in foundries, and so on.
Your unit can be assembled to meet your specific requirements. Various ejectors can be used depending on demand and compressed air availability. The ejector can be mounted on a mobile bin with a filter, wheels, and forklift slots.
Nederman offers a range of different discharge valves that can be fitted to the bin for easy discharge of collected material.
When handling large quantities of material, Nederman recommends using a pre-separator before the vacuum unit. For more information, see the Nederman Engineering Guide.
Use only configurable modules associated with the 570A. You can only select the ejector module, filter module, power module, and exhaust valve.
1. Select the ejector module depending on the required vacuum and air flow.
2. Select a filter module depending on the filter capacity.
3. Select a bin.
4. Select the outlet valve.
5. Select cleaning equipment.
Choose how to control your shutter:
1. Electrical control. You will need a NAMUR pneumatic control valve, a solenoid valve recommended for the selected ejector size, and a control unit.
2. Air control - you need a Namur valve.
Nederman does not include an air supply hose to the valve.
A control system with many different functions is available as an accessory.
Make sure you meet all the requirements for your modules.
- Silo system with large wheels
- Suitable for heavy and abrasive materials
- Durable and efficient self-cleaning filter
