471A configurable

Powerful dust collector, very high vacuum for suction over long horizontal and vertical distances

Description

Nederman pre-separation vacuum transport systems separate and discharge dust and granular material during vacuuming and vacuum transport.
The system can handle dry materials such as cement, fertilizer, sand, and wet materials. The collected material can be discharged into containers, bins, big bags, conveyor belts, escalators, etc.

The module configuration will be similar to the 471A, which is designed for the most demanding applications, such as handling large quantities of abrasive and heavy materials. The unit's robustness and the power of its reliable ejector make it ideal for many applications where many industrial vacuum cleaners are unsuitable. For example, for collecting explosives in blasting chambers, sand recovery in foundries, and so on.

Your unit can be customized to meet your specific requirements. Depending on demand and compressed air availability, different ejectors can be used. The ejector can be mounted on a stationary silo with a filter.
Nederman has a range of different release valves that can be fitted to the silo for easy discharge of collected material.
When handling large quantities of material and to improve material processing efficiency, Nederman recommends using a pre-separator before the vacuum unit. The 471A is a complete unit that includes a pre-separator.

To configure the 471A, you can only select modules listed in this document and with mfc (module to configure) in the title.
1. Select the ejector module depending on the required vacuum and air flow.
2. Select a filter module depending on the filter capacity.
3. Select the power module depending on the disposal option.
4. Select a disposal option, container or release valve with a plastic bag.
5. Select a coarse separator.
6. Select silo.
7. Select the outlet valve.
8. Select a frame.
9. Select the hose for connection between the vacuum cleaner and the separator.
10. Select cleaning equipment.

Choose how to control your shutter:
1. Electrical control
- You need a namur valve, a solenoid valve recommended for the selected ejector size, and a suitable control unit.
2. Air control
- You need a wall-mounted valve.
Nederman does not include an air supply hose to the valve.
Make sure you meet all the requirements for your modules. »
