Control and data cables - highly flexible - for use in drag chains and robotic systems

Highly flexible control and data cables are additional versions of our standard control and electronic cables, but for extreme harsh environments such as drag chain systems or robotics where the best mechanical properties are required.

Like the standard range, they are available in various voltage classes and, depending on the area of application, in various designs related to the choice of material and national and international standards.

Specialized designs allow our cables to withstand the specific demands of drag chain systems, as well as robotic systems with continuous motion cycles or high bending cycles. Various versions are available for applications requiring a high number of bending cycles or high accelerations.

The KAWEFLEX® 6 series, thanks to its special design, allows for up to 10 million bending cycles and is available in halogen-free and UV-resistant versions with UL/CSA approval.

The KAWEFLEX® ALLROUND series, thanks to its special design, allows for crossbar lengths of up to 400 m and is also available in halogen-free and UV-resistant versions that are UL/CSA approved.

All versions are available in shielded and unshielded versions to meet EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) requirements. Thanks to a special design developed in-house, the shielded versions offer the highest reliability, even under challenging mechanical conditions.
