Control units and software for lubrication systems

Flow-through lubrication system control units initiate lubrication cycles, regulate the pause time between lubrication cycles, and analyze system parameters. In the event of a malfunction, one or more output signals or indicators notify the operator of the necessary corrective actions. This helps prevent serious damage to the machine or system.

In oil circulation systems, the equipment control unit typically controls the lubrication system. Instruments analyze data from the system's sensors. During normal operation of the centralized lubrication system or during abnormal conditions, these devices enable subsequent analysis of the output signals.

Both types of lubrication systems are equipped with software for remote control and monitoring.
