The tracker is equipped with reliable sensors. In addition to monitoring misalignment, they can also record other key and significant indicators, such as belt position, belt speed, and belt splice status. Processed sensor data can also be easily integrated into standard preventive maintenance systems and accessed via the E-PrimeTracker mobile app. Based on the transmitted data, the user can determine maintenance needs, as the sensors can reliably detect changes and issue warning messages in advance, before serious damage or unplanned belt downtime occurs.
Furthermore, the E-Prime Tracker collects and documents recorded data. Based on this data, the user can, for example, optimize belt performance and thereby extend its service life.

Sensors integrated into the E-PrimeTracker detect the tracker's position and, therefore, the belt's operating status. The detected status is displayed directly on the device via a light signal. Using the displayed colors (green, yellow, and red), staff can recognize the belt's operating status and respond to any alignment fluctuations (yellow). A red warning signal indicates the need for immediate inspection to avoid belt damage or downtime.
The E-PrimeTracker contains a built-in generator that generates the energy it needs to operate. This means the system operates completely autonomously.

Unlike similar systems, the E-Prime Tracker is cylindrical rather than conical. The tracker is mounted centrally on the axis and can therefore swing freely in any direction within a 360° radius during operation, sensitively and directly responding to the slightest misalignment and correcting it, ensuring optimal belt performance.
The E-PrimeTracker is quick and easy to install with minimal effort. It is mounted at a distance equal to 3.5 belt widths in front of the head pulley. It can be installed above or below the belt. PrimeTracker is preferably installed on the clean side of the conveyor belt and is available for belt widths from 500 to 2000 mm.
Early detection of critical events and high wear operating conditions is critical to preventing major and costly maintenance work or equipment downtime.
With the E-PrimeTracker 4.0, ScrapeTec offers a further development of the proven PrimeTracker. Its self-adjusting function on conveyor belts corresponds 1:1 to that of the PrimeTracker. The "E" stands for the electronic added value of the device, which ScrapeTec's developers integrated. In addition to its unique mechanical belt adjustment properties, the E-PrimeTracker is equipped with additional sensors. In line with condition and belt monitoring, predictive maintenance, and Industry 4.0, it detects, for example, belt misalignment, belt position, belt speed, and belt connection status, and wirelessly transmits this data to mobile and stationary monitoring systems for maintenance purposes.
Furthermore, the E-Prime Tracker also visually signals belt status using a light attached to the roller, allowing for the timely detection of critical events on-site. Employees can intervene promptly to prevent belt damage or downtime.
With E-PrimeTracker, you'll know what's happening and when, and be able to improve the efficiency and safety of your conveyor system.
