We installed a stationary high vacuum system—a Nederman FlexPAK 1000 DX with a CARZ explosion-proof valve and a total piping length of approximately 150 meters. This system is equipped with the latest Siemens controller and a built-in frequency converter, ensuring stable suction and automatic remote start/stop control. It also features full explosion protection in accordance with the new ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU.

Result: We provided explosion-proof, fast, and effective cleaning of floors and surfaces at various levels of the production facility, significantly improving process safety!

Successful testing has confirmed that our Nederman local filtration system, combined with a welding torch equipped with an exhaust duct, sets new industry standards! It allows the welder complete freedom of movement without sacrificing the effectiveness of air filtration, directly capturing fumes and gases generated during the welding process before they dissipate in the work area.
