We installed a stationary high vacuum system—a Nederman FlexPAK 1000 DX with a CARZ explosion-proof valve and a total piping length of approximately 150 meters. This system is equipped with the latest Siemens controller and a built-in frequency converter, ensuring stable suction and automatic remote start/stop control. It also features full explosion protection in accordance with the new ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU.

Result: We provided explosion-proof, fast, and effective cleaning of floors and surfaces at various levels of the production facility, significantly improving process safety!
