ASPP-V of mine workings
Automatic dust suppression system (ADS)
Industrial sectors that require the transportation of bulk materials are always faced with the problem of large amounts of dust, which has negative consequences not only for the transport systems but also for the operating personnel. Large dust accumulations can lead to the formation of an explosive environment. The proposed dust suppression system is designed to prevent the formation of coal dust in coal transport and transfer areas. This method can be used in mines, processing plants, quarries, and other dust-prone facilities.
Advantages of ASPP
- Easy installation and operation
- Suitable for all types of belt conveyors
- Adjustable liquid flow rate
- Works only when transporting minerals on a conveyor belt
- Does not require human intervention
- Ideal in conditions without power sources
- Automatic mixing and delivery of emulsion with wetting agent to irrigation nozzles
Automatic transmission system components
Injector unit ASPP.04.000
The injector unit is designed to effectively mix feed water with concentrate. When water is fed into the injector unit, the concentrate is automatically drawn in by vacuum. This is followed by uniform mixing in the mixing tube until a homogeneous emulsion is achieved. The emulsion concentration can be adjusted within a range of 1-10% using the adjustment device installed on the injector unit. Flow rate up to 250 l/min.
Technical specifications
Working pressure 5-50 bar Quick coupling connection:
water inlet nipple - OM 20
Concentrate input socket - OM 12.
emulsion outlet socket - OM 32
Control irrigation device ASLP.01-000
The control irrigation device is installed on the belt conveyor stand under the belt 10 meters from the conveyor drive drum and is connected to high-pressure hoses M1 2 nipple.
Operating principle
The ASPP.01.000 control irrigation device is designed to monitor the transported material on a conveyor belt. As the material moves along the conveyor belt, a slight sag occurs, causing the wheel of the control irrigation device to contact the belt and begin to move. When a certain wheel speed is reached, a valve inside the control irrigation device opens, dispensing water or emulsion.

Control device ASPP.07.000
The control device ASPP.07.000 is designed to supply or cut off water (emulsion) and is installed rigidly above the belt conveyor 0.5-1 meter before the transfer point.
Operating principle
When transporting the mass, a control device is activated and water is supplied. It is connected to the fire-fighting system using OM12 high-pressure hoses. Recommended pressure is from 5 to 50 bar.
Filter ASPP.03.000
The ASPP:03:000 filter is designed to filter water supplied from a fire-fighting tower. The filter element is flushed by opening the ball valve. Filtration rating: 500 µm.
Flow regulator ASPP.02.000
The ASPP.02.000 flow regulator is designed to regulate water flow for an irrigation system. Adjustment is made by opening or closing the valve.
Operating principle
This equipment is conveniently mounted on a belt conveyor line and connected to a fire-fighting line via 2M12 high-pressure hoses. Recommended pressure ranges from 5 to 50 bar. Capacity up to 100 ^/min.
