Precise dosing of lubricants reduces costs

The SKF Compact Lubrication Unit is a cost-effective alternative for lubricating linear guides, robotics, and bearings. Compared to simple lubrication equipment or manual lubrication, this compact unit provides effective, long-term protection against problems associated with insufficient lubrication. It automatically delivers lubricant to five lubrication points, often ensuring reliable operation of guides and/or bearings throughout their service life.

Thanks to its compact size and light weight, the device is easy to install, even in challenging conditions where space is limited. It can be controlled directly by the controller, eliminating the need for a separate power source or additional circuit breaker. The device is designed to dispense grease of NLGI grades 0 to 2 and delivers 10, 15, or 20 mm³ per stroke. The number of outlets and dispensing volumes can be specified when ordering, allowing for a flexible solution tailored to specific operating conditions. A bayonet closure simplifies grease cartridge replacement.
