Pump unit 83167 with pneumatic drive

For single-line lubrication systems

The Model 83167 is a pneumatically driven piston pump that delivers the maximum volume of lubricant per stroke. Pneumatic solenoid valves and an adjustable solid-state timer are integrated into the pump body. This pump unit is designed for dispensing grease into single-line metering devices and is equipped with a special fitting for large-volume filling.

Acrylic tanks are available in several sizes. Model 83167 includes a clear tank, a spring-loaded pressure plate, a bleed valve assembly, and a filling fitting for filling the tank.

Technical characteristics and advantages

  • 2 1/2" air motor
  • Exhaust valve assembly
  • It is driven by the reciprocating stroke of the pneumatic actuator and relieves pressure in the lubrication line via a built-in check/relief valve (3-way) during the return stroke of the pneumatic actuator
  • Individual system components such as a 3/2-way valve, as well as means for regulating pneumatic power and monitoring pump operation are available on request.
  • Two different filling nozzles are available

Application areas

  • Cement industry
  • Food industry
