The NZOF400E open-sided telescopic loader is designed for loading bulk, powdery and grain materials into open flatbed vehicles and delivering bulk materials to open storage areas.

Technical specifications:

• productivity: 400 m3/h;
• fraction of loaded material: 0 - 80 mm;
• connection diameter: DN 400 mm;
• standard temperature range: -40 °C / +80 °C;
• electric drive: 1.5 - 3.0 kW;
• transport arch consisting of internal tubes and external elastic corrugation;
• built-in filter: capacity 1800 m3/h, filtration area 17.5 m2, residual dust content <10 mg/m3;
• regeneration of filter elements using compressed air.

Execution:

• The upper (frame) part is a supporting component on which an electric drive with a gearbox, a system for guiding and sagging cables, limit switches with built-in and adjustable position sensors are installed; a built-in aspiration system;
• the middle part – the transport vault – is designed for transporting and directing the loaded material;
• The lower section is a dust-proof bell, equipped with rubber-fabric plates that form a "skirt" that is in continuous contact with the loaded material and prevents dust from escaping from beneath the loader. The dust-proof bell is equipped with material level sensors that ensure the gradual lifting of the telescopic loader while maintaining constant contact with the bulk material pile.

Distinguishing characteristics:

• Dust-free loading is ensured by a dust-proof bell, which is in continuous contact with the loaded material;
• equipping the loading device with material level sensors that ensure gradual lifting of the telescopic loader while maintaining constant contact with the bulk pile of material;
• Several different types of sensors are used depending on the properties of the material being loaded;
• automatic, gradual lifting of the loading device bell, provided by an electric winch and STOP&GO system;
• transport arch material: black steel;
• A reliable three-cable design of the transport vault, eliminating skewing and, as a result, the collapse of the telescopic loader.
