PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION OF TITAN AIRLOCK
Employees can easily enter the cabin, activate the system with the push of a button, and quickly clean their workwear without removing it or special protective gear. While in operation, the system delivers an airflow through high-speed, adjustable nozzles. In 20-30 seconds, the airflow effectively removes even deeply embedded dust, which is then captured by the filtration system located outside the cabin.
The filtration system consists of a powerful, standalone unit with automatic cleaning by mechanical shaking. Cleaning the filter does not require compressed air, ensuring a filtration efficiency of up to 99.9%, depending on the composition and dispersion of the dust environment.
Easy access for maintenance is provided through the front of the unit. A tray for collecting dirt and large dust particles, including shoe dust, is installed under the floor. The system is equipped with a removable dust container, with all collected dust being bagged in dust collectors or discharged into drainage systems.
