Automatic Dust Suppression System ASPP
In industries where it is necessary to transport bulk materials, there are always problems with the formation of large amounts of dust, which has negative consequences not only for transportation systems but also for the servicing personnel. A large accumulation of dust can lead to the formation of an explosive environment. The proposed dust suppression system is designed to prevent the formation of coal dust in transportation and handling areas of coal; this method can be used in mines, concentration plants, quarries, and other enterprises where dust generation occurs.
-
Advantages of ASPP
- Easy installation and operation
- Suitable for all types of belt conveyors
- Customizable liquid flow rate
- Operates only when transporting minerals on the conveyor
- Requires no human intervention
- Ideal in conditions without electricity sources
- Automatic mixing and supply of emulsion with wetting agent to the irrigation nozzles

Injector installation ASPP.04.000
Injector installation ASPP.04.000
The injector installation is designed for effective mixing of the supplied water with the concentrate. When water is supplied to the injector installation, the concentrate is automatically drawn in by means of reduced pressure. After this, uniform mixing occurs in the mixing pipe until a homogeneous emulsion is achieved. The concentration of the emulsion can be adjusted in the range of 1-10% using the adjusting device installed on the injector installation. Capacity up to 250 l/min.

Control irrigation device ASLP.01-000
Control irrigation device ASLP.01-000
The control irrigation device is installed on the belt conveyor frame under the belt at a distance of 10 meters from the conveyor drive drum and is connected to high-pressure hoses M1 2 nipple.
Operating principle
The control irrigation device ASPP.01.000 is intended for monitoring the transported mass on the conveyor belt. As the transported mass moves along the conveyor belt, there is a slight sagging of the belt, and the moment of sagging causes the wheel of the control irrigation device to contact the belt and start moving. Once a certain wheel speed is reached, a valve inside the control irrigation device opens and water or emulsion is supplied.

Control device ASPP.07.000
Control device ASPP.07.000
The control device ASPP.07.000 is designed for supplying or cutting off water (emulsion) and is installed rigidly above the conveyor belt 0.5-1 meters before the transfer point.
Operating principle
During the transportation of the mass, the control device is activated, and water is supplied. It is connected to the fire-fighting frame with high-pressure hoses OM12. The recommended pressure is from 5 to 50 bar.

Filter ASPP.03.000
Filter ASPP.03.000
The ASPP:03:000 filter is designed for filtering water supplied from the fire protection system. The cleaning of the filter element is performed by opening the ball valve. The filtration fineness of the ASPP:03:000 filter is designed for filtering water supplied from the fire protection system. The cleaning of the filter element is performed by opening the ball valve. The filtration fineness is 500 microns.
