SAFE CLEANING OF PREMISES FROM EXPLOSIVE SPILLAGES AND DUST IN PRODUCTION!

We installed a stationary high vacuum system — Nederman FlexPAK 1000 DX with an explosion-proof valve CARZ and a total length of pipelines of about 150 meters. This system is equipped with the latest Siemens controller and a built-in frequency converter, providing a stable suction level and automatic control of remote start /stop. It also has a full range of explosion protection in accordance with the new ATEX 2014/34/EU directive.

Result: We provided explosion-proof, fast and effective cleaning of the floor and surfaces at different levels of the production room, which significantly improved the safety of the technological process!
