The NEX D extraction sleeve for explosive dust from Nederm is equipped with a sealed ventilation hose-duct made of FDA-approved ingredients. The NEX D dust collector is suitable for industries where hygiene is a top priority.
The NEX D extraction sleeve features concealed seams and a separate hose-duct. The enclosed supporting arm, separate hose, and stainless steel cap in the DX extraction sleeves require minimal maintenance and are easy to clean.
The NEX D extraction sleeve is not marked with the EX symbol, as it is not subject to Directive 2014/34 / EU. Even though it does not have EX marking, it is suitable for use in zone 22 in accordance with Directive ATEX-work 1999/92 / EC. For use in environments with explosive dust, the sleeve has single-sided grounding with a spiral in the hose. The hose is made of PVC with FDA-approved components.
