The MCP-12S-APT Air Purification Tower (APT) is an innovative solution for ambient clean air in factories with welding fumes or suspended dust. It can be used as a standalone unit or in a network of units, depending on the workshop’s size and layout. It is ideal for situations where source capture is impractical or insufficient for comprehensive air cleaning.
The Air Purification Tower has various applications, such as large part welding, areas with cranes or obstructions that prevent overhead ducts, areas that need a lot of movement or general ventilation for nuisance dusts.

Twelve high-capacity, patented cartridge filters with fire-retardant, Nanofiber media increase efficiency, reduce energy consumption, extend filter life, and shrink footprint by 20% compared to previous generations.

Low and High models with 60 individually adjustable nozzles can cover simple and complex arrangements. The High model has a clean air return header that can rotate 360° and extend in height, allowing the unit to deliver air in optimal airflow patterns in complex environments.

A robust and reliable Combifab-F series fan, enclosed in a sound attenuation chamber, keeps sound levels below 72 dB(A).
- Integrated, user-friendly controller.
Operates fan and filter cleaning, with clear visualization of device status. It also has remote/start-stop signals and timers to automate operation. Each model can have a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) for enhanced airflow control and energy efficiency.

Delivered as three pre-mounted and pre-wired components, and once installed, has single-side access to all vital unit components. A large dust bin ensures extended maintenance intervals.
