Lubrication of intermittent equipment<\/h3>\n

The single-point lubricator with a wired connection is based on the proven TLSD automatic single-point lubricator. The main differences are the direct power supply from the equipment control panel and the presence of a wired signal transmission channel to the equipment's PLC.<\/p>\n

Automatic lubricators with a wired connection deliver the required volume of lubricant at a specified frequency during equipment operation. With an external power supply, the lubricator can be turned on and off as needed. This allows for more precise lubricant delivery compared to traditional manual relubrication methods. The lubricator's output signals are fed to the PLC of the lubricated equipment and can be stored in memory.<\/p>\n
