    QLS dosing units use mounting plates with 1\u20136 outlets (for push-in fittings), tightened with a hollow screw with a G 3\/8 thread for an O-ring seal. Mounting plates with a normal profile are available in steel.       QSL metering units are designed for a pressure of 300 bar. As a result, NLGI grade 2 grease can be pumped without any problems at sub-zero temperatures. All metering units operate independently. This means that if one metering unit becomes blocked or malfunctions, all other units will continue to dispense lubricant.
