The Lincoln HTL 201 lubrication pump mounts directly to a hydraulic tool and continuously lubricates it during operation. The pump is driven by the hydraulic system of the lubricated unit. The pump can remain attached to the lubricated tool even when changing the unit with the supply hydraulic system. The HTL 201 pump is ideal for reducing friction and wear when operating small hydraulic hammers, grapples, or shears, as well as mini-excavators. This pump can be installed in confined spaces.<\/p>\n

The HTL 201 boasts optimized performance thanks to design improvements. For example, the switching piston is made of aluminum. The pump delivers a flow rate of 0.22 cm\u00b3 per delivery stroke, or 6.7 cm\u00b3\/min at 200 bar.<\/p>\n

The pump is equipped with a 120 bar relief valve as standard. An optional 270 bar relief valve is available, enabling the use of a progressive lubrication system with primary and secondary metering devices. A new check valve in the return line is designed to prevent damage when connecting the pressure and return lines. A larger threaded mesh filter simplifies cleaning. Precise adjustment of the lubricant flow is achieved using a built-in throttle valve.<\/p>\n

The HTL 201 pump uses 310g cartridges filled with chisel paste or grease up to and including NLGI grade 2. An adapter allows the installation of standard 380g or 500g cartridges.<\/p>\n

For systems with higher lubricant consumption, versions with a refillable 8- or 17-liter reservoir are available. The pump with a pressure plate can be installed horizontally to save space. The reservoir is equipped with a quasi-analog lubricant level switch with a multi-level analog signal in the 4\u201320 mA range. The user can monitor the lubricant flow during operation and be alerted in advance if the level drops to critical levels.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
