It can be customized to perfectly meet specific customer requirements, with an airflow of up to 50,000 m\u00b3\/h for the standard version. Suitable for fumes, vapors, and dust, it can be used in a variety of applications, including welding, metal cutting, general dust filtration, and industrial processes.<br \/>\nThe new, flexible product platform allows for filter expansion for larger applications. The new, innovative cartridge design\u2014the &quot;square circle&quot; shape\u2014optimizes the square space inside the filter and generates high airflow within the cartridges. This reduces the system&#039;s size and, consequently, its footprint.<br \/>\nMade of 3mm painted steel panels, it is durable, easy to install, economical to transport, and provides adequate corrosion protection for typical light- to medium-duty industrial applications. The design is optimized for long filter life, ensuring low cost of ownership.<br \/>\nThe Insight ready control panel with advanced pulse clearing logic provides complete system operation, including control and monitoring, and a gateway to cloud communications.<\/p>\n<p>The LCP SmartFilter offers a wide range of accessories, including fans, dust extraction systems, inlets, outlets, bins, and more, and can also be equipped with a sensor package.
