This system delivers a very thin film of oil to the chain surface at specified intervals without contact with the chain. Highly precise oil dosing optimizes oil consumption and associated costs.     The systems use pneumatic metering injectors to deliver a minimal amount of oil to the nozzles. A regulated flow of low-pressure compressed air is also supplied to the nozzles. This air transports and delivers oil through the nozzle tip to the chain surface without creating a mist. The central unit includes the metering nozzles, an air flow control system, a reservoir, and control components such as an automatic controller and solenoid valves. Each nozzle is connected to the central unit via separate oil and air lines. Typically, the system is configured to deliver oil intermittently throughout a full chain rotation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
