We are proud to have launched a high-vacuum system for cleaning of rail cars for the sulphur transportation  – the capacity of up to 100 cars per day speaks for itself. Explosion protection at the level of European ATEX standards.

The solution: two stationary high vacuum systems Nederman with advanced filtration systems and extended consoles for cleaning at large areas. Cleaning is carried out simultaneously at 6 posts. Automation of processes and 24-hour operation with minimal interruptions for maintenance.

INNOVATIONS IN WELDING AEROSOL REMOVAL – mobility and cleanliness with Nederman!

Successful tests have confirmed: our Nederman local filtration system in combination with a welding torch equipped with an exhaust duct sets new standards in the industry! SAFE CLEANING OF PREMISES FROM EXPLOSIVE SPILLAGES AND DUST IN PRODUCTION!

We installed a stationary high vacuum system – Nederman FlexPAK 1000 DX with an explosion-proof valve CARZ and a total length of pipelines of about 150 meters. This system is equipped with the latest Siemens controller and a built-in frequency converter, providing a stable suction level and automatic control of remote start /stop. It also has a full range of explosion protection in accordance with the new ATEX 2014/34/EU directive.

Result: We provided explosion-proof, fast and effective cleaning of the floor and surfaces at different levels of the production room, which significantly improved the safety of the technological process!

Successful tests of our water cannons prove their effectiveness

It creates a fog of water droplets from 50 to 150 microns in size, covering up to 100 meters. And due to the automatic rotation of 350 degrees, the system is perfect for dust suppression for large open areas

We held a seminar on environmental engineering

We held a seminar on environmental engineering: design and implementation of dust and hazardous emissions removal systems in production.

The seminar was attended by leading specialists of TITAN, as well as representatives of partner companies from Europe, Kazakhstan and Russia.

At the end of the seminar, the participants received methods for selecting and calculating aspiration and dust suppression systems, equipment catalogs, photo and video materials, as well as souvenirs.

Experts actively participated in discussions and exchange of ideas, putting forward innovative concepts and research projects. This became an excellent opportunity to create strong cooperation and build long-term plans for sustainable development in this area.
